Thanksgiving Break Bus Trip

The Thanksgiving bus will leave campus on Tuesday, November 23rd and return from the Twin Cities on Sunday, November 28th.    The bus will depart from Notre Dame on Tuesday, 11/23 from the two regular pick-up points:  the Library Circle at 3:45 p.m. and McKenna Hall at 4:15 p.m.  Students loading at the Library Circle should do so between 3:30 p.m. and 3:45 p.m. Student loading at McKenna Hall should do so between 4:00 and 4:15 a.m.  There will not be any food stops on the trip to Minnesota, so please bring food and snacks with you.   There is a bathroom on the bus, as well as a DVD player.  The drop-off points in the Twin Cities are (1) The Courtyard by Marriott in Bloomington (7800 Bloomington Avenue) and (2) the Bestwestern Kelly Inn in St. Paul (161 St. Anthony Avenue).  The return trip to campus on Sunday, November 28th will utilize the same drop-off points for pick-up of students.  Students boarding at The Courtyard by Marriott in Bloomington must do so between 10:00 - 10:15 a.m.  Students boarding at The Kelly Inn. in St. Paul must do so between 10:45 - 11:00 a.m. 

The cost for the bus (regardless of whether it is used one-way or roundtrip) is $135.00.  There are no one-way fares.  Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE, unless we are able to fill a cancellation with a rider on the waiting list.  The Thanksgiving Break bus sold out the last few years, so we recommend that you sign up early for this one.
